Overview

Available on Ramp Plus. See Ramp Plus overview for plan details.

Sage Intacct may return Journal GJ is not valid | Select a valid active Journal. | Error Code: BL01001973 when Ramp syncs a repayment or certain Ramp Treasury transactions. Ramp posts those entries to Sage Intacct's General Journal (GJ), so the sync fails when the GJ journal is inactive, unavailable, or not available to the entity used by the transaction.
